What is an AI audit?
A free diagnostic of your whole operation, covered by the build fee. We map how work moves through the business, find every process leaking hours, and price each leak in rand per year. You get a deck with every leak, its cost, and its fix, ordered by payback.
What does it cost?
The Leak Check and the audit are free. You pay once, for the build: a fixed price, quoted from the audit.
How long does it take?
The deep-dive session takes sixty to ninety minutes. The audit deck is delivered within two weeks of it.
What do we get at the end?
A deck: every leak found, priced in rand, ordered by what to fix first. It stands alone. You can act on it with us, with someone else, or not at all.
Do we have to do the build with you?
No. The audit is a standalone product. Most clients continue because the builder who priced the leak is best placed to close it, but nothing is bundled.
How fast is the first automation live?
Week one or two of the build. Something is working in the first fortnight, not at the end of the thirteen weeks.
What tools do you build on?
The ones you already use. WhatsApp, Excel, your accounting package, your inbox, plus the automation layer that connects them. No migrations for their own sake.
Who is this not for?
Enterprises with an IT department and a procurement process. Startups that would rather build it themselves. Anyone shopping on price. It's just me, hands-on, and I say no when I'm full.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. Most clients are South African businesses, and remote delivery means we take international clients where the fit is right.
Is our data safe with you?
We collect only what we need to prepare for your call, store it securely, and never sell or share it. POPIA applies and we act like it.
