First we found the 32 hours. Then we gave them back.
The client
Labex is a laboratory equipment supplier doing R38M a year.
The problem
Quoting ran by hand. A quote took five days or more, with seven-plus hours of chasing between departments before it reached the customer. By the time it arrived, the customer had often moved on. Leads came in through the website, WhatsApp, and email, and lived wherever they landed.
The audit
Sixty to ninety minutes through the whole operation, then two weeks of analysis. Result: 32 hours a week of manual waste across 8 processes, worth R1.24M a year, each process priced and ordered by payback.
The first build
A website lead generator wired into their CRM. It captures the enquiry, auto-generates the quote, and pings the nearest sales rep. Live in week two of the build.
The result
Quotes out within the hour instead of five days. About ten minutes of rep effort per quote instead of seven-plus hours of chasing. The other seven processes followed in payback order.
Noah did a great job developing our CRM. The system is well structured, easy to use and works exactly as intended. Everything runs smoothly, and it has made managing our daily work much easier. We are very happy with the final result and would gladly recommend Noah to anyone looking for a reliable and practical CRM solution.
Here it is in action.
Left is what the customer sees. Right is what happens inside the business while they are still on the page.

Client preferences, family, passports, what they raved about and what stung, all searchable instead of living in the founder's head. We built it to show what the system looks like before anyone commits to one. Sample data throughout.
